~ aDeQuAcY vs. WoRtHy ~

When is it OK to feel less than worthy? Less than adequate? There will be times in your life when you feel like you just don't belong or your self worth just doesn't add up. Is it an OK place to be? Of course it is. So long as you know how to get yourself back to a worthy state sooner than later.

These feelings can actually encourage you to strive for a better understanding of where you truly want to be. Knowing that you're not where you ought to be can only drive you toward reaching for a higher standard. It may also open the doors to something beyond what you had originally imagined for your destination.

If you don't feel like you belong in your current state - examine why. Consider all of the elements in your current life and make decisions - what is and what isn't acceptable, what do you desire to change? Change can be the catalyst that you need to recover from where you are now. You, and only you, must make the effort, no one can do it for you. Take charge of the change process, drive it through and come out of this present state with a better outlook on the near future and possibly years to follow.

Whatever you do, do not settle for less than you desire. You are allowed breaks along the way, if necessary, but don't get comfortable. Comfort only causes a person to remain - it will not cause you to seek further peace with your being, it will not cause you to yearn for more. Comfort can and will push you back toward the creator of discomfort - returning back to a state of inadequacy. You need to continue forging ahead, pressing into the unknown, delve into the existence that you really crave.
